അനധികൃതമായും കയ്യേറ്റം നടത്തിയും അഴിമതിനടത്തിയും കള്ളക്കണക്കുകൾ കാണിച്ചും ജുഗുപ്സാവഹമായ ഇടപാടുകൾ വഴിയും നികുതി വെട്ടിച്ചും സ്വത്തു സമ്പാദിച്ചവർ ആരായാലും അതെല്ലാം തിരികെ പിടിച്ച് പൊതുഖജനാവിലേക്കു മുതൽകൂട്ടാനുതകുന്ന നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥ കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ എന്തെങ്കിലും നേട്ടം രാജ്യത്തിനുണ്ടാകുകയുള്ളു. അത് വരെ ഇതെല്ലാം ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെ തുടരുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. അതേ സമയം പരിശ്രമത്തിലൂടെയും സത്യസന്ധതയിലൂടെയുമുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന നേട്ടങ്ങളെയും അതുണ്ടാക്കുന്നവരെയും അകമഴിഞ്ഞ് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും വേണം.
