An Issue Which Transcends Politics (May 25, 2020)

There is a glaring lack of empathy for the down trodden, poor, deprived sections of the society on the part of our policy makers, who often are undaunted even by open public criticisms on this count. This is an issue which transcends politics. It is an all-encompassing issue which narrow politics can never accommodate, one which warrants thinking outside the ambit of any political ideology. And this remains largely unaddressed by the government.
