There is absolutely no doubt that the main spoilers of Indian economy are India’s top business groups who resort to delinquent borrowing and then the segments who conceal their income for evading payment of what is due to the government. The country should adopt very harsh measures against these two vicious elements, as otherwise there is no hope for the future.
