The Evidence
One pertinent aspect in our legal system is that whether the real truth behind an alleged offence or crime is revealed or surfaces through the judicial proceedings depends more on the ability of the prosecution to correlate the various evidences and to present them without any missing links and glaring inconsistencies and the ability of the witnesses to corroborate the act of commission of the offence or the crime in the court, than any other factor. This is a general observation made without reference to any specific case.
